BounceX has built one of the largest PMPs in the industry by offering advertisers exclusive access to large-format, non-intrusive ad inventory on premium publisher sites (e.g. CNN, Time, Tribune, NY Post, Vice, etc).

Job Responsibilities- 

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop relationships with DSPs to (1) grow open and private market spend coming from their advertiser/agency clients, and (2) establish a direct integration between the DSP and the BounceX SSP. To do this you will need to:

  • Evangelize BounceX display and video inventory to centralized supply managers
  • Work closely with DSP account teams (the BounceX advertiser sales team) to establish and/or grow advertiser partnerships
  • Work with internal and external product/engineering contacts to ensure BounceX adheres to specs and technical requirements for each DSP
  • Highlight the benefits of a direct integration to senior level business and technical contacts at the DSP
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for DSP integrations
  • Project manage all integrations with BounceX and DSP technical and operations contacts 

There is also an opportunity to forge relationships with Facebook, Google, and Amazon to capture demand coming from their platforms.


  • 6+ years of experience in the programmatic industry with a track record of successfully impacting business growth
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful
  • Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of BounceX in formal and informal settings
  • Comfortable in a high-growth environment where roles and responsibilities may shift
