Head of Brand Marketing, EMEA

BounceX is hiring a Head of Brand Marketing to build the strongest MarTech enterprise brand in EMEA. You will define and solidify BounceX’s reputation as the category leader in the People-Based Marketing (PBM) space, further evangelize our value proposition, and drive interest from CEOs and CMOs of enterprise organizations. You will report directly to the GM, EMEA in a growing group of what's now 35 people. This role is based in our London office. 


  • Use your previous experience building a powerful brand to execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals
  • Be responsible for driving hitting key demand generation KPIs
  • Have influence in the makeup of our site redesign
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to manage production of content and convey BounceX’s brand voice across all marketing channels
  • Manage and motivate the existing team and develop a long-term plan for marketing team structure and growth
  • We have been around for two years here, but still have a lot of brand to build. This will be on you!


  • You have managed brand reputation and defined a new category
  • You have marketed million dollar products before
  • Dynamic and charismatic public speaking skills
  • Proven track record of driving interest from CEOs and CMOs of enterprise organizations
  • 9+years B2B MarTech experience required
