Sales Operations Analyst, Existing Business

BounceX is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The Sales Operations Analyst will be a daily organizational and administrative resource to the US Existing Business Development team. You will support the sales department through various functions including, but not limited to: maintaining accurate customer information, ensuring accurate revenue reflection, coordinating trainings, coordinating new hire onboarding, and ad-hoc enablement requests. You will be a foundation of the Existing Business Development team.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate information, update sales pipeline and create reporting to forecast trends, analyze information.
  • Support the team by keeping everyone organized, accountable and up to date all current and new processes.
  • Enforce and improve existing business processes to ensure the accuracy of key sales information (including pipeline and renewal reporting).
  • Research prospects and maintain accurate data records in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and send contracts to clients and accurately reflect contractual changes accurately in our Salesforce instance.
  • Work with our Training & Development manager to coordinate and schedule monthly and new-hire training/onboarding sessions
  • Assist in the planning of quarterly team events, team building activities, meetings, etc.
  • Assist sales leadership team in tracking and approving expenses, in addition to other administrative projects.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of related sales operations experience in a data-driven or CRM-based function, inclusive of internship experience. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, extremely detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Motivated, and resourceful: enjoys working independently and collaborating with a team.
  • Fast learner, multitasker who can prioritize and balance multiple projects.
  • Strategic problem-solver; knows when to elevate the appropriate parties.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, preferred but not required.
