Partner Marketing Manager

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, supporting, and enabling BounceX’s strategic partner firms. This includes identifying shared value propositions and using those to quickly and efficiently create joint content materials like videos, blogs, case studies, and more.  You will also field inbound questions from our partners while creating, marketing, & facilitating joint webinars and other marketing events.  

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of related experience in Partner, Content, Product Marketing and/or Sales for a SaaS or related technology firm/start-up. They will possess strong presentation skills with ability to work independently, pitching their own concepts and strategic vision.

  • Develop and manage aspects of the content marketing library supporting the Strategic Alliances team and our partners.
  • Create and institutionalize a process for developing all necessary decks, one-sheeters, and other collateral when onboarding new partners.
  • Support Strategic Accounts team in identifying and developing partner value props, benefits, differentiators, and defining BounceX/partner joint value propositions (JVP), and use to develop solution briefs, training materials, sales enablement kits, etc.
  • Help develop internal training and enablement for sales and accounts on both BounceX and key partner teams.
  • Lead strategy and execution for partner announcement campaigns including planning, content development, and promotion.
  • Work with Strategic Accounts and partner POCs to create joint content including case studies, thought leadership, webinars, event presentations, research studies, blog posts, etc.
  • Work as liaison between the marketing and partnership teams to ensure effective communication between both orgs.  


  • Bachelor’s degree w/focus Marketing, Communications, or other related major preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in  a Partner, Content, Product Marketing or Sales Enablement or Engineering for a SaaS or related technology firm/start-up.
  • Deep understanding of the current MarTech landscape strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation and verbal, written communication skills. 
  • Previous experience managing client questions, feedback & pushback in a professional manor.
  • Previous experience ideating and creating marketing decks, one-sheeters, and other marketing collateral. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve large scale initiatives.
  • Previous experience planning and executing webinars strongly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-direct.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between multiple different stakeholders throughout the organization. 
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
