BounceX is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to provide a critical function in the identification of top-tier talent across Customer Success (digital ecomm, publishing and programmatic), Client and Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, and more.  You will join a high-performing, tenured and dynamic Talent and People team. You will be responsible for a full end-to-end recruiting process and play an integral role in building our employer brand and scaling our teams. You will partner with hiring managers, department heads, and our senior leadership team in understanding and anticipating hiring needs. You’ll work through your existing professional network, hiring platforms, diversity networks, events, and more to build a robust pipeline of customer success managers, leaders, and marketers.   If you have an interest in martech, ecommerce or digital marketing, this is an incredibly unique opportunity to join an accomplished Talent team and provide an immediate impact on our company growth, brand and culture. 

Responsibilities

  • Use your creative and innovative techniques to completely own sourcing strategy, while maintaining a high level of qualified candidates across a variety of departments.
  • Be a strategic partner and talent expert when it comes to building pipelines quickly for new and existing roles. 
  • Identify top candidates via multiple recruiting sources and techniques, both traditional and nontraditional, including social media, referrals, “sourceathons”, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs, identify the key traits of successful candidates, and craft job descriptions.
  • Report on sourcing metrics via our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse); be able to generate reports and sourcing analytics based on various levels of criteria.
  • Create compelling and impactful outreach and email campaigns to nurture passive and top tier candidates across various departments for technical roles.
  • Additionally, you may be tasked to coordinate exceptional on-site candidate experiences, scheduling interviews, researching hiring best practices, and participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required Skills

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, 4+ years relevant work experience. 
  • Experience working as an in-house tech recruiter at early to mid-stage, high-growth technology company, specializing in digital marketing, adtech/martech, customer success (account management), or as an in-house generalist recruiter. 
  • Relevant agency experience is a plus, but not required. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to present our company core values thoughtfully to candidates.
  • Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail along with the ability to handle confidential and proprietary info.
  • Well-versed in recruiting practices and tools, and various hiring platforms.
  • Extremely positive attitude, team oriented, strong customer focus, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong executive presence; ability to present hiring strategies to senior leadership and partner with heads of department in hiring planning.
