Senior Growth Marketing Manager

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will own B2B lead generation across multiple channels including paid media, newsletters, seasonal campaigns, website optimization including SEO & more. You will be a strategic partner in all communications leveraging Product & Partnership launches to generate qualified inbound leads for our Business Development team. 

The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years of related experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, with a strong preference for those with demonstrated experience in SaaS, MarTech or other related industries.

  • Build paid media campaigns to boost demand gen and awareness around product launches, partnership announcements, seasonal campaigns, events, competitor campaigns, video campaigns, client testimonials, and more, alongside evergreen campaigns.
  • Build and manage BounceX campaigns on our website, blog, and across landing pages.
  • Develop and optimize lead gen landing pages for paid media, content campaigns, events, etc.
  • Test and optimize website to maximize conversion KPIs such as demo requests, content downloads, etc.
  • Manage and update website when necessary with new product launches, announcements, content, using conversion best practices.
  • Build, manage, and optimize drip campaigns for MQLs that have downloaded content.
  • Develop and manage newsletter targeting top of funnel leads captured from blog and organic search content.
  • Coordinate digital strategy with BDA and events teams for surgical outreach targeting.
  • Support brand evolution go-to-market campaign development and execution across all channels.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preference towards those with degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications or Entrepreneurship 
  • 4-6 years of related work experience in B2B, SaaS, MarTech or other enterprise marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in building top-of-funnel growth strategies, including lead generation, website management & optimization, drip campaigns etc. 
  • Proficiency and experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency and experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Marketo and or CRM software(s) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience drawing actionable insights from website & other B2B marketing analytics to build overall strategy
