Data Analytics Manager, Client Success

We are looking for Data Analytics Manager who can focus on Client Success and Delight. Our Data & Analytics team is tightly integrated with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Client Success -- this candidate will be the primary point-of-contact and authority for all Client Success related analytics needs. The primary responsibility will be empowering our clients and client successful team with the data they need to be successful. The candidate should be experienced in translating business needs to data, insights, and dashboards. The candidate will be working on a myriad of projects and efforts, including many driven by their own insights and findings. There's an absolutely incredible amount you will learn here, and you’ll be working with one of the largest user behavior datasets in existence.

Responsibilities:

  • Empowering the Client Success team with relevant and actionable data while acting as the primary point of contact and data analytics authority for our team
  • Have a deep understanding of the BounceX product & how we drive performance
  • Reducing custom requests through automation, dashboards, and better process
  • Understanding a client's unique business goals and leveraging our data to inform strategy and better represent our performance
  • Make data & insights consumable & actionable for both our client facing teams & our clients

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a data analyst in a client-oriented role
  • Experience with business intelligence tools building dashboards, visualizations, and reports
  • Moderate SQL skills
  • Data storytelling

Preferred:

  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
